Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping for your little one. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or opened (e.g. bibs, teethers, feeding products).

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
